The paranormal research of the last than 150 years offer some important points of confirmation for the NR teachings. Life after death testimonies and manifestations such as NDE (Near Death Experiences), spirits' materialization and manifestation, but also facts pertaining to mediumistic abilities and communication with spirits, possessions, OBE (Out of Body Experiences) and spiritual healing bring information can also be found in the New Revelation, without being recorded in a scientific manner at the time when Lord's messages through Lorber appeared in the world. Moreover, like all other essential natural phenomena, these so-called paranormal ones are clearly explained and have their justified and consistent place in the immense spiritual portrait of the creation depicted in the New Revelation. The main books of the New Revelation in which facts about life after death as various spiritual manifestation are depicted are THE GREAT GOSPEL OF JOHN (1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 ) or 11 books in the original German variant, Earth and Moon, Spiritual Sun 1 & 2*, (Robert Blum - From Hell to Heaven*, Bishop Martin - Sunsets into Sunrises, Beyond the threshold, The Fly etc)
In the well-known "The New Revelation" book of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, we can find an assertion which greatly fits the New Revelation through Jakob Lorber and Gottfried Mayerhofer.
"As to other creeds, it must be admitted that an acceptance of the teaching brought to us from beyond would deeply modify conventional Christianity. But these modifications would be rather in the direction of explanation and development than of contradiction. It would set right grave misunderstandings which have always offended the reason of every thoughtful man, but it would also confirm and make absolutely certain the fact of life after death, the base of all religion. It would confirm the unhappy results of sin, though it would show that those results are never absolutely permanent. It would confirm the existence of higher beings, whom we have called angels and of an ever-ascending hierarchy above us, in which Christ spirit finds its place, culminating in heights of the infinite with which we associate the idea of all-power or of God. It would confirm the idea of heaven and of a temporary penal state which corresponds to purgatory rather than to hell. Thus this new revelation, on some of the most vital points is not destructive of the beliefs and it should be hailed by really earnest men of all creeds as a most powerful ally rather than a dangerous devil-begotten enemy." However, in general, as also with other confessions coming from the spiritualist/psychic research, we discover that, no matter how many ressemblances with the NR and the Christian Scriptures we encounter, there can be very important points in which such teachings have different perspectives. In case of the mentioned book of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, such great differences consist in the denial of the fall, of the creation of Adam and Eve, of the divinity of Christ and of the atonement or redemptioned obtained for all humanity by His death on the cross. Unfortunately, as it is the case with all false doctrines concerning the Lord, the effect of really adhering to them blocks the development of a personal relationship with the Lord and, implicitly, the true spiritual evolution of the individual, culminating in the spiritual rebirth. Still, the New Revelation teachings builds a bridge between Christianity and paranormal facts/ research, puting the latter in the light of spiritual truth and making possible the understanding of their value as demonstrating the existence of the spiritual world and of the after life, but also the causes of their spiritual limitations and eventual errors.
