90. THE LANGUAGE OF THE ANIMALS
[1] Says the black with a brightening face: “Yes, yes, yes, now I also understand this very well and believe at the same time to understand also other things which I earlier have not comprehended so well! In this way we also understand the language of the animals completely and who wants to go through the trouble to modulate the few noises of the animals according to the inner feeling and the nature soul-like intelligence, which of course requires a little practice, can speak with animals almost like with people and learn from them what in all seriousness is of no little importance. I have tried it already, but never managed to speak a language understandable to all animals, because my organs are not equipped accordingly and still not suitable; but I can understand everything what any animal says to its equal. [2] As such I have overheard very clearly two ichneumons at home at the Nile when being very close to them without them noticing me. The well recognizable male said to the female: ‘You, I fear for our children, who a day’s travel from here downstream, are chasing after crocodile eggs! I fear that our oldest son, when fully stuffed sluggishly rest at the shore, being caught by an evil eagle and carried into the air and is despicably torn to pieces on a rock and eaten to the bones! If we both hurry very nimbly, we could still prevent this misfortune from happening! In the evening the lions and panthers are coming to the Nile to drink water, and travelling would be dangerous for us; but let us quickly leave this place in which not much is to be gained anyway, and there will be no danger on the long route to there, and we save our oldest son!’ The female got up and said nothing else than: ‘Then let’s hurry in the usual way!’ And when the female had said this, they moved fast like an arrow over rocks and stones along the Nile. [3] After about fourteen days I came again to the same place, because I noticed in myself that a whole ichneumon family was present there. With silent steps I came closer and found seven ichneumons playing and having fun on a sandbank and teasing each other in a friendly manner. But this time I also took my servant along, because he was especially good to speak to various animal species.

The divine spark in all creation - diversity and evolution comes from organisation
As you know, man consists of three things, namely, of body, soul and spirit. Well, this is how you have on the whole grasped these things, when you say: “The body is matter, the soul is taken from the materialspiritual, bound because of the fall of the one great spirit, and the spirit is a divine spark, which is to elevate and spiritualize the soul. The latter, in turn, through its refinement will bring also the elements of the material body onto a higher level, so that everything can gradually proceed on its gamut of perfection, as it had been decreed in advance in the great plan of creation.” In these conclusions already lies the first erroneous concept, since you only consider your own spirit as endowed with the divine spark that is to ennoble everything. For, had you not always (often unconsciously) aristocratic ideas, which you want to apply to My person, you would easily realize and understand that everything created is fundamentally divine and must be infinite since it is descended from Me, has originated from Me and must again return to Me. The body, a material tool during your life span, is composed of the same noblest, most sublime elements of My spiritual self as are soul and spirit. However, these elements are bound in matter and coerced to manifest only in the manner allowed by their momentary arrangement. These most subtle spiritual elements, which help in the building of the bodies already in the womb, also struggle for perfection, completion. Expressing their tendency in the form of the body, in so far as a plastic (well-defined) form can express a spiritual principle, they seek, through their calling in human life, to supplement what higher spiritual elements in the soul will then develop further spiritually. They are the helpers, the collaborators in the great spiritual building of a perfected divine idea; just as no architect can build a house on his own, but requires a thousand hands which, however, mind you, do not work in a machine-like manner, but which likewise, again directed by other intelligences, help to execute the entire edifice. [2] To get a most proper view of the whole, we first need to note that it is only the spiritual which is the innermost and simultaneously the all-penetratingly and all-determining. [3] Take for instance a fruit. What is the innermost thereof? Nothing but the spiritual power in the germ. What then is the fruit, being there with all its ingredients for the protection and preservation of the internal germ? Its being is none other than the external organ, penetrated by the power of the germ which, in all its parts, works profusely on the present germ. [4] That the external fruit is an organ which is determined through the spiritual power of the germ, shows in that not only the fruit but also the whole tree or plant, emerges from the germ. [5] What is then the spiritual? The spiritual is firstly the inner power in the germ from which comes forth the existence of the whole tree with roots, stem, branches, twigs, leaves, blossoms and fruit. Yet, it is the spiritual which penetrates all these named parts of the tree as if for itself or its own well-being. [6] The spiritual is, therefore, the innermost, most penetrating and most all-embracing, the most permeating and the all-encompassing. […][15] He also needs to ponder that the spiritual is something completely concrete, something able to completely take hold of each other mutually, while the natural is separated into individual parts and form in and out of itself, no fixed unit. Where it does feature as a whole, it is only because of the inner spiritual
(The Lord’s Sermons, chap. 1) "[1] However, man who is gifted with an individual life-consciousness considers the endless space of creation and the unknown countless things which it contains as dumb, dead and without intelligence. Why this seems to be like that to man has a wise reason, which is that his life-consciousness must acquire the full godlike life’s independence. For that, by My will, man is completely separated from the universal life-consciousness with its endless and highest intelligence, so that the life-consciousness of man would find itself in it and by that, as if by the external revealed way, he also would develop and strengthen himself for its eternal independent existence.
[2] However, as long as man tries to acquire his life’s independence by himself he hardly has any notion that he is completely surrounded by sheer life and the highest life’s intelligence and is also – as far as his body is concerned – permeated by it. Otherwise he would in fact not exist at all. However, when he is ready for it according to God’s revealed will, because his inner spirit has completely permeated him, then the whole person is in free contact with the highest life and its enlightened intelligence in the universal infinity of God, without losing his individuality and personality by that. Then he discovers no more a dead and dumb space or dead stones, but then for him everything becomes life and light and intelligence that is aware of itself. [3] The fact that this is so is in the first place proven to you by My omniscience that has been tried by you many times. Indeed, how could I know endlessly many and all things if the space between Me – that means My individual-personal Being – and for instance the sun or another still much further distanced object, would be without life and intelligence? And secondly, it is also proven by the wisdom of a lot of people who – without leaving their place – know many things concerning something that exists on another place at a great distance and how and what happens to it, or what will happen in the future. "11. The activity of the spirits
[1] The fisherman said: “Yes, Lord and Master, it is now completely clear to me, but now I moreover would like to know of what actually does the activity of a perfect soul in the big beyond mainly consist. On this hard Earth there are of course for men many thousands of different things to do if he wants to stay alive, but then what has to be done in the big spiritual beyond? Do they also plow, sow and reap there for the sake of their livelihood?” [2] I said: “O yes, friend, plowing, sowing and reaping, but of course in a different manner and in a different sense from what happens in this material world. [3] Look, without the great activity of the spirits, namely of the perfect spirits, nothing on any globe would exist. Not only nothing would grow and no living being would walk on the face of the Earth, but also there would have never been a sun or globe that would have existed, and would certainly not continue to exist. [4] Although men plow the soil and straw the seed in its furrows, but it is for the spirits to accomplish the germination, the growing and the ripening of the fruit. From this, you surely will understand that namely for the perfect spirits there is a lot of work and a lot to do for your visible world here on this Earth, as well as on all the other celestial bodies. And even more for the sake of the right development of the soul and the perfection of men, already on this side, and still much more after that on the other side[1], because there are always much more, often extremely imperfect souls coming to the big beyond than perfect ones, especially from this Earth. The imperfect, bad souls would soon spoil this whole Earth with the help of the unfermented nature spirits, so much so that no grass, no bush, no tree would grow on it, and no animal and no human being would be able to exist anymore. [5] Only through the love, the wisdom and the might of the perfect spirits, the bad, imperfect souls on the other side are hindered in this, they are continually and progressively developed, and if possible they are also brought closer, step by step, to the Kingdom of God." (GEJ, Book 22) Substance, matter, energy and material
“If, after death, the body were to dissolve into dust, little would have been accomplished as far as the body and its soul are concerned. In the world of Nature, even the finest dust is still matter, and it cannot unite with the soul and the spirit as long as it remains matter. “Specific soul atom” would be a better word than “dust” because, since there is a vast difference between matter and astral or psychical substance, a soul atom is no longer material but substantial. For example, take a magnet: that which is visible is matter. But that which causes the attraction and repulsion cannot be seen by the physical eye. A human being has other senses that are closer in proximity to the soul than is the sense of sight, which is the outermost of a person’s senses. The sense of hearing is closer, the senses of smell and taste closer still, but it is the senses of feeling and touch that are completely united with the soul. The activity of the spirits in the interior of the Earth
“Our description of the natural Earth showed how the Earth, as a living organic being, takes on nutritive liquids and then distributes them through the different organs to the surface while passing coarser, indigestible waste to the South Pole as excrement. The nourishment of the Earth appears to the human eye as material, but, in accordance with her being, she is, like all matter, spiritual. Countless spirits and spiritual specifica of the better kind constantly penetrate to the interior of the Earth, whence the most malicious spirits are banished. This penetration has a manifold purpose. First of all, the souls and the spirits of evil human beings are banished there and condemned, as the saying goes, “to an eternal hellish imprisonment.” The mutineers that are contrary to the divine order must be kept in deep and fast custody. And this is done after many thousands of attempts for their betterment have failed; their imprisonment has resulted so that they will be unable to disrupt the divine order. Excerpts from The Fundamental Principles of Life' by Dr. Walter Lutz (a compilation-type presentation of the NEW REVELATION)
"When a soul, assembled from matter through pure spiritual forces, has spiritually matured in its body - be it that of a mineral, plant or animal - and becomes capable of ascending to a higher form of life, its controlling spirit from the spiritual world arranges for it to be relieved of, its no longer useful, material body, i.e., its spirit departs from the material body, together with the soul particles it has attracted, so that it may further enrich and perfect its soul's predisposition in a higher life-form." (Gr. Gospel, vol.6, Ch. 133) The low beings from the simplest forms of life of the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdoms, Lorber calls 'nature spirits'. About this kind of spirits which are usually soon absorbed again by some mineral, plant or animal, a clairvoyant in the 'Great Gospel' (Vol.4, Ch.144) says: "We often saw the air, as well as the waters, filled with all kinds of grotesque faces moving in all directions - some fast, some slower; they were also floating up and down, rotating, sometimes slowly, then suddenly quite fast. Some were sinking to the ground like snowflakes, quickly hiding in its furrows. Some were absorbed by the plants like dew, others by the soil, and still others, by all kinds of rock. Those that had hidden in the soil and that had been absorbed by plants and rocks, did not reappear." Excerpts from The Fundamental Principles of Life' by Dr. Walter Lutz (a compilation-type presentation of the NEW REVELATION)
The earth or mountain spirits are responsible for the accumulation of metals, the forming of crystals and rocks in the mineral world. "The nature spirits in the matter of the mountains that are, for instance, most congenial to the free gold elements in the air, draw, with their intelligence and willpower (power of attraction), the free gold from the air. If this continues for several hundreds of years, quite a lot of gold will become visible in such a spot!" (Gt. Gospel, Vol. 7, Ch. 16) "If anyone wished to convince himself of the existence of such spirits, let him get acquainted with honest, uninhibited miners. Among a hundred of these men, he is sure to find ninety who have, on several occasions, seen so-called gnomes. This type of spirit does not often come to the surface of the earth, for they regard their world of activity in earth's interior as much more magnificent and of greater value than the outside world. But matter is no obstacle to them in their activities in the earth's interior. Such a spirit walks with more ease through water, fire or rock than man through air. Coarse matter is no obstacle for their ethereal body, for wherever you see matter - they see only the respective spiritual soul-substance." (Grossglockner, Chapter 8) Excerpts from The Fundamental Principles of Life' by Dr. Walter Lutz (a compilation-type presentation of the NEW REVELATION)
"The work of these beings is limited to certain areas. Spirits of the lowest kind have only about an acre to control. Such a spirit possesses the necessary wisdom and power to guide the individual small beings, subordinate to it, wholly with its will. It is conversant with the special forces of every grain of seed that is placed into the ground and knows how many of these forces are from the earth and now many from the stars. When the grain of seed is placed in the soil, the spirit breathes its will across the field, which seizes the forces in the grain of seed and stimulates them into action, in accordance with the plan of God's order. Then these little spirits commence their activity in the grain of seed; they form the roots, the tubes. Others ascend and form the stalk with its tubes, flaps, pumps and valves. Again others in accordance with their intelligence and power - ascend through the tubes of the stalk and form twigs and leaves; others - buds and blossoms. And the most mature spirits, purified through this work, form the fruit. Within the fruits, the principal spirit-intelligences unite to form the germ, enveloping themselves in a web through which the other, less purified little spirits cannot penetrate. When in this way the ripening has been achieved, then the field-spirit in charge had accomplished its work and leaves the rest to men and also to other nature spirits that have to see to the decomposition of these parts of the plant that are not part of the fruit." |
